I just had an order get lost in the mail. It’s marked as delivered but was not delivered to my parcel or apartment. I called and they told me I need to file a claim with USPS because if they replaced lost parcels for their $1000 orders they would be out of money. Mind you, mine was only a $29 order that I’ve been waiting for for over a month. Their customer service is a joke. I paid them — not USPS! And they can’t help me. Have a bad case of eczema. Bought Wild Oregano Super Strength for the intense itch. Gave absolutely no relief Called customer service for returning. Told me I could not return, since I bought it from another site. No packing slip with item. All I had was North American Herb and Spice label on bottle to use. Thought it was unethical since it was their product that they would not respect a return. Worst customer service ever! My most recent issue was them sending me a wrong item. I had to email them 4 times to receive any response. When I did finally receive a response to my 4th email, they said the replacement went out yesterday. THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU BOTHER RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL YESTERDAY TO TELL ME MY PRODUCT WENT OUT!!! I believe oil of oregano by North American Herb is truly a miracle herb. It kills fungus , yeast and bacteria . The oil is amazing for cuts, burns , bites and any other skin irritations . I use the oregaresp faithfully especially when i travel to prevent picking up any parasites or other unwanted germs. Do not be fooled by imitators ( there are many) Insist on North American Herb & Spice products the original true" oil of oregano". There is a difference!
