I just spoke with the meanest receptionist I've ever encountered. I've called into North American Coal a number of times, three to be exact, and she is absolutely terrible every time I TRY to have a conversation with her. I've never felt so disrespected, so talked down to, so demeaned by someone. Ever. She makes assumptions as to why I'm calling in when I'm not even given the chance to EXPLAIN. Not a good look.
