One star is too generous. The two man crew that came out accidentally hit the auto-feed bypass lever which allowed a continuous flow of water to overfill my furnace. This caused excess water onto the floor, necessitating a remediation company to clean up the mess. I called the company but they refused to take my complaint and send it to the boss. They also refuse to supply the name of their insurance company. Wouldn’t use them to clean out a stove pipe on an outhouse! Stay clear!!
