I booked monthly parking through the Impark website for just one month, but after payment, I didn’t receive any confirmation and couldn’t access my account due to website errors. I called customer service, but since my English isn’t perfect, I had difficulty communicating with the phone agent and understanding the situation clearly. I was also charged an unexpected reversal fee. Then I visited the parking office and spoke with Gulian Graham, the site manager. He took the time to listen and kindly helped me resolve the issue.... read more
