Reading the reviews I knew what to expect. Arrived early and checked in, got assigned door right after actual appointment time, dock area is a little tight, with a good set up and not being in a rush, it's not that bad, ive had worse. Parked outside and was loaded in just over 3 hours. I had a reefer and after sliding my tandems I scaled out ok. Best advice, expect the worst and hope for the best. Overall not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
