I'll start this review by stating that this is an updated review on Aug. 11th 2025. The workers did a great job and I no longer have water issues in my basement. I stated In my initial review that there was communication issues with the owner and that was troublesome. However, it was due to circumstances at the time and not ignoring his customers as I had previously thought. So I am changing my review with a better understanding of the situation. I'd like to thank Greg and his team for job very well done
I tried to contact the company using their address and phone number, but I was unable to locate them at that time. Suddenly, a representative contacted me, visited my house, and provided me with a great technical solution. Although I didn't utilize their services, I was able to resolve my issue based on their suggestions. The person was very kind and knowledgeable. I hope I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, I would definitely recommend them. I also hope they resolve their address and phone number issues.
We had a water problem in our new home and they accommodated us in a timely manner. We have no more water during rains.
I tried to contact them several times, but the point of contact is pathetic. None of the phones are working, and no one picks up the phone. Also, the address listed for Yorkton is wrong. I went to that location, and there is no office there.
I'll start this review by stating that the workers did a great job and I no longer have water issues in my basement. With that said ,I have waited over a year for a supposed lifetime guarantee that has never come. The owner is uncommunicative, I've tried several times and received a reply of " yes I'll get it to you soon" which never happened, to him just not replying at all, which leads me to conclude that he either lied and there is no gaurantee or he just got his money and doesn't care about his customers.
