I'll start this review by stating that the workers did a great job and I no longer have water issues in my basement. With that said ,I have waited over a year for a supposed lifetime guarantee that has never come. The owner is uncommunicative, I've tried several times and received a reply of " yes I'll get it to you soon" which never happened, to him just not replying at all, which leads me to conclude that he either lied and there is no gaurantee or he just got his money and doesn't care about his customers.
Everything was done that we asked for. The job was done quicker than was estimated. Very happy with work that was done. Would recommend to anyone with basement problems.
