I’ve been banking at the American Banking Company Minneapolis locations over 10 years. All the employees are so helpful, and friendly. It’s so nice to have a bank where everyone knows your name! I Highly recommend this bank.
My normal location I go into is the Hastings location and I’ve always been greeted with all of the friendly staff there. I walked into this location without a friendly welcome and not knowing if I walked up to the right spot at the front desk after entering, I had to ask where I can get help. Tori was the teller at the front desk who had an attitude my whole visit and her customer service skills seriously lacked.
