I came across North American Airport Limousine Service several years ago when I had various family members needing transportation to and from our home about 2 hours from Toronto to either Pearson or Billy Bishop airports. We have used them ever since. Sal, the owner, is always quick to respond to requests and to confirm bookings and is very accommodating when there are changes in flight plans. Have used this team on various occasions as a private car service for my elderly parents (to and from the cottage, to and from the airport, to and from appointments and events, etc.). They are very reliable, the cars are always clean, the drivers are very professional, and their communications about all arrangements such as timing, pickup locations, etc. are superb.
