I Requested a quote and when i received a call, i got disconnected or something. 2-3 minutes later i got this message where a person named “Sal” sent me a message being unprofessional using the word “hell”. Very disappointing

I recently used North American Airport Limousine for a ride from Buffalo Airport to Pearson, and I had a fantastic experience. I actually had another driver picking me up, but that company decided to cancel on me last minute. Tell you what I’m glad. I was a bit panicky because I was traveling with the family, my wife and my three year-old son however this company was nothing short of five stars. I had a great experience with North American Limo Service.. Sal, the owner was helpful and friendly when taking my booking. The communication after via text was very appreciated. His associate Shahid, who looked after us, was fantastic. He was a calm and efficient driver. Shahid remained upbeat even when traffic made the trip take longer than expected. He also made an extra stop to allow us to pick up a few needed things. The vehicle was well maintained and very clean. I would definitely book with them again.

Don’t use this service. When you cancel a week ahead because you no longer can do your trip because of illness they only give you some money back if the airline cancelled the flight. I’m 80 years old and this is unacceptable. Never mentioned their policies when I booked.

I don't recommend this limo service! I had to cancel my reservation with this service as a family member was willing to drive us to the airport and when I called to cancel my reservation they charged me a cancellation fee even though I gave them a weeks notice that I would not be needing this service! When I called to make the reservation I was not told about a cancellation policy nor was I emailed/texted a confirmation of my booking which would note any cancellation fee.
