I ordered a blower motor from these people through Amazon. It showed delivered but was never received.North America HVAC Customer service basically just said we can't do anything once it shows delivered and denied any requests for refund. The Amazon a-z guarantee didn't do a thing in this situation either so don't plan on that to protect your purchase from these people. It looks like a charge back for the $505 is my only recourse. This is a horrible company. I would not recommend this to the next guy, very slow delivery. Even if you pay for fast delivery, this company needs to just get totaken out of business.
I had a very disappointing experience ordering from this seller. The order arrived later than expected, which was a major issue since the parts were needed for a time-sensitive furnace repair. When the shipment did arrive, it was incomplete, despite packaging and paperwork indicating multiple items were included. I was also charged import duties based on the full order value, even though not all items were delivered. I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews before dealing with this company. I ordered a motor and capacitor that was supposed to be a replacement for an obsolete genteq motor. It turned out it wasn't, but I will take some blame for apparently not doing enough research. I emailed for a Return and was told there is a 20% restocking fee which of course is nothing but a money grab.
