Horrible company. Don't waste your money or time. I paid $57 for over night shipping in the Amazon app just to have my water heater part delayed and estimated to be delivered 7 days after promise! When i tried to return it they wanted to charge me a fee to do so. Therefore since I didn't get what I paid for i disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back that way. Amazing! My husband found them online! Our AC went out last night at 9pm & woke up this morning dying it was so hot! We were going to get the parts off of amazon & he found this website & they were almost $100 cheaper. I didn't/couldn't wait until Tuesday for it to arrive so I reached out to the company. Incredibly rude. They sent me the wrong part model and sized fan blade, refused to refund my money when the package got lost in return to them, so I had to spend over an hour talking with UPS to create a claim. Then, North America HVAC claimed I shouldn't have expected to get a name brand part despite the listing stating a Lennox brand fan blade. I purchased with this company through Amazon. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. I was sent the wrong item. Then lied to and stated i wasn't although my purchase invoice and the selling information confirmed that what I purchased is not what I was sent. I’m assuming I was lied to intentionally since I was sent the wrong item and the seller is refusing to provide an alternative return option for shipping. These folks went above and beyond . I have an older model home unit. The rep went out into the warehouse to physically make sure this older part was still at their warehouse. Then took it up front and held it until I could arrive. The front office staff were just wonderful to interact with as well.
