I ordered a gas valve for my water heater using a specific part # I've purchased in the past from other suppliers. When the package arrived it was a different part #. This part ended up working but was $41 less expensive than the part I ordered. When I asked for a refund of the $41 they told me that they don't price match. PRICE MATCH? It's from the same company! They refused to budge.

My inducer motor went out on my furnace and I needed a new one right away (January in Ohio). I paid $88 to have it shipped in one days time. Come to find out they shipped it "Ground advantage" (5 days to receive) I left a message about THIER mix up, and they should have sent another right away, but all they did is give me a partial refund for the shipping.
