From the moment we walked through the door with Rosie until the time we left, the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and attentive during a very stressful time for us. Dr. CJ took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood Rosie’s condition and treatment plan. The care and attention Rosie received were truly exceptional. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism and genuine compassion shown by the entire team.
Many thanks for the North Alabama Veterinary Emergency & Specialty for taking such good care of Fiona yesterday evening. Poor pup was reall sick and she got exceptional care. Norma and Doctor McClanahan were great, and big kudos to April Johnson for going the extra distance for our puppy. She is just the best!
They went over every detail of what she My puppy needed they told me things that could wait and we’re not necessary right at this moment very honest. The lady at the front desk, April was very nice about things. She helped me because I have problems. I have to use a cane so she helped me put my dog in in the car . Wonderful care given by kind and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Wood, Gabbie, and everyone else we interacted with during our 24 hr stay was amazing. Highly recommend!
Explained everything - every test, result, and diagnosis. It was done in a way so I understood what was happening. Millie, my 16 year old Yorkie, had to stay a few nights. She ended up having a sudden bout of glaucoma as well as a heart issue that needed to be addressed quickly. They made sure that she was given what she needed both with pain medications and prescribed ongoing medications.
