I had a diagnosis of a small kidney stone and a kidney infection from NAMC ER. I was told to make an appointment with a urologist. I did with this office so all my tests and notes from the er would be seen by them since they are affiliated with the hospital. I was the NP and she was very short, rude and hateful. She tried on her laptop 90% of the time she was in the room. She stated that she didn’t know if I had an infection or not since they didn’t do a urine culture and that the stone I have is too small to cause any pain.... read more

Got in and out quickly with good future of fixing problem without surgery for now. GPS is totally wrong. They are behind the Truist bank instead of close to Aldi!

I told the dr I was allergic to shellfish and they could not use ivory dye and they did. I was so sick and on the way home had to stop at er in Russellville ands be given eppy through IV. I was miserable. Never again. I should have sued for the cost of Russellville hospital but I’m nicer than that.

I would not recommend this office at all. I had an appointment to see the doctor. He told me that he wanted me to have testing done at the hospital but that office would not call to get the insurance approval. They are closed all day Friday and other times when I tried to get ahold of them, they put the call straight through to VM. My office visit was a waist of time and money.
