I love Shoals OB! They have always taken amazing care of me through my pregnancy and surgeries.
I’m six months pregnant and they have been extremely amazing in taking care of me. My only complaint would be the miserable check out lady at the Front desk. It seems she hates her job and doesn’t want to schedule anyone’s appointments. She’s the one that’s a little bit bald and has glasses. She needs to work in a library where no one talks to her lol… but otherwise, everyone else is spectacular!!!
If you can’t keep up with the appointments you make in a day you do not need to make them my appointment was at 2:45 and I am still sitting in the waiting room an hour later. Front desk is rude when I asked her how much longer it would be she said my appointment was inly at 2:45 which it is 3:30 now and I haven’t been seen. It’s like this every time I come here the only reason I still come here is because Stephen Keith and Kelly are great doctors but there staff is horrible
