this place doesn't need to be OPEN. missed filed with my insurance a while a go and just thought they made a mistake took months to correct. I finally paid a reduced payment . now again called u can't talk to anyone goes to answer system won't call back and if u go there the billing dept not there . Got bill from 6 months ago they turned in to collections . called bcbc and they said they billed wrong they would pay if they rebill .2 weeks bcbs called them and now two weeks later billing didn't correct . bill sent to collecti... read more

The best experience I've ever had at a doctors office. The staff was so kind and professional and really listens and wants to help.
They messed up what they sent to my insurance and after calling 6+ different times they never fixed it. Now I have to pay out of pocket what my insurance would have covered if they just refilled it correctly. Very sad and disappointed with the lack of care. I get they are busy thats why over the course of 3 MONTHS I kept calling to check up.
Great staff. Very friendly and caring. Everything was nice and smooth. Bloodwork and X-rays.
