Amazing doctors and office staff, Dr. Alhamda and Dr. Robertson took such great care of me for an emergency situation in November 2024 in the hospital and if it wasnt for their quick actions, I would be paralyzed. I have followed up with Dr. Alhamda several times over this year and he listens to your every concern and he keeps on trying until we get an answer and a treatment that works. After checking in I only waited 15 minutes to Lindsey Mangum. This was my first visit to this place. She was nice and and took her time with me. Listened to me and we came up with a game plan to try to figure out why I’m having issues with my health. Glad my vascular surgeon recommended North Alabama Neurology.
This review is specifically for the nurses and care partners that I had during my stay at NAMC. My nurse, Bre, and care partner, Lori, went above and beyond to advocate for me and make sure I had all that I needed. So thankful for them!
Lindsay Mangum and most of the staff especially the on call staff do not care about their patients I done my blood work exactly a month ago and her staff hasn't gave me an appointment and has let me run out of my seizure meds and when I call on call they tell you they will call you back but never do. So now I am out of meds
