Excellent doctor
I went there for an infection and my sinuses had had one surgery a year before he did not even do a CAT scan he did my surgery off of the scanned from the other doctor over $40,000. They are Dunning me now for $30. I want to get back some of my money I paid this joke of a practice. The doctor I am saying now could not believe that he had not done another CAT scan just went in blindly. Run and I mean run from this person shouldn't be allowed to practice
Worst place to go. My loved one couldn’t come the visit with me and other people in the lobby were just as shocked. Also they want to take more money for a copay than any other specialist copay would be.
Dr.kurt Kantzler love him his assistant are good Connie is good keep in mind everyone has an off day try to understand when things don't go as you expect them yes the front desk could use little more tact and friendliness my last visit 8/21/2024 was good all around.
I will never go back here again. The front desk receptionist I called a month ahead and made my appointment today get there am not in there schedule for today how is that when your the one I talked to then asked to ask another appointment in March I needed to be seen today just before I cussed this lady out I left got half way to East Gadsden receptionist called me back there was a cancellation for me to come back by 8:30.
