I can not say enough good things about NACA. Alex Farrish is my counselor & I’ve been a patient of his for almost 4 years now. He has helped me grow & change my life in ways I never thought was possible. His staff has always been there to help me in anyway they possibly can. I have never had a negative experience here & I’m forever indebted to them. I am so thankful for each & everyone of the staff members & especially Alex he’s the best counselor I’ve ever had & he truly does care about his patients. Thank you Alex !
After a month waiting to meet with a counselor they called the night before we are to go in and said sorry we are double booked. There was no remorse or effort put in to correcting the issue. I suggest you look for counseling elsewhere.
I have been going here for several years and I am so glad I found this place. My counselors (I have seen two of them that work there) are friendly, understanding and quite helpful in helping you work through problems. Also, the office staff are outstanding!
