Since a very serious ankle fracture and subsequent sepsis in 2011, I have worked with over a dozen physios. None have had the level of knowledge and understanding of how the body is connected from top to toe that Casey has. Working with him has just seen me finish my first marathon, and rebuilt my upper body following shoulder surgery. I can highly recommend working with Anvil Elite to achieve whatever your fitness goals may be.

Casey took the time to understand my back pain, explain it to me in a way that made sense and devise a clear treatment plan. Each session was purposeful, not rushed; and incredibly effectively. The exercises Casey prescribed were simple enough to do everyday and quickly made a noticeable difference. Casey genuinely cares about his clients and I cant recommend him highly enough.

Casey is by far the best physio I’ve ever seen, and I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. I’d been struggling with my hip for years and had tried so many different treatments — physio, chiropractic, dry needling etc.. After one session with Casey my hip already felt better, and I only needed a few more to sort it out completely.
