The staff and experience was excellent. They got my son who is afraid needles and pain through a tooth extraction without any issues. The dentist who was amazing with him talked him through the hole procedure.

All my experiences up to date with this clinic have been wonderful, they have availabilities most of the time and give you options and price breakdowns so you can chose what suits you best, the aftercare is very good also! Pricing is very good too, very reasonable compared to most dentists Ive been to, thankyou North Adelaide dental care :)

This is the friendliest and most caring dental practice in Adelaide! They are open late during the week and on weekends for emergency treatment, which is incredibly reassuring. I cannot recommend this dental clinic highly enough—every dentist and staff member is gentle, caring, and takes great pride in their profession, always making patients feel relaxed during procedures. Negative Review I am a person with a disability and an NDIS participant. There have been times when I was unable to walk and had no option but to cancel appointments. I also rely on NDIS transport, which is not always reliable or within my control. On the evening of 3 January 2026, I was told I had to pay $70 toward my next appointment due to previous cancellations. I can woleheatedly commend, in the strongest terms, the professional, patient centred care I received yesterday when Dr Chen (and Masri) fixed my very cracked molar- including my first filling (at 46 y/o). It was done quickly with no (absolutely none) pain. Also, crucially, their kindness and empathy was genuine and gratefully received. I am now confident and determined to seek the additional dental care I require when I return home interstate next week. I wish every success for Dr Chen, and the practice as a whole.
