Not helpful at all we were passing through from out of town needed to buy parts for a few cars they said they had the cars on the lot but they would have to call me back l explained I was from out of town and was there for that day only there were a few workers walking behind the counter but never offered to help I was looking at spending a few hundred dollars there but they really didn't seem to care I would have pulled all the parts myself so they didn't waste any time. Very poor customer service

Just wanted to respond to a recent review by Dragon MEFT, I know about the situation they went through and to be clear, they called this company 2 different times and the car was not picked up either time. Idk if there was some sort of mistake or something but the car absolutely was not picked up "Immediately" and the 6 month wait was also never explained over the phone

Where do I even begin... Two weeks ago, my old car broke down. I had to get it towed and sent to a local mechanic shop. My car was old and I just needed to have it scraped. In a panic, I called this place and they told me that later that day they'd pick up my car. They did not, and never followed up. I called again a few days later and this time they told me something different. I was stressed, waiting for something, so I decided to go in person to ask.
