These guys are amazing! Saved me big time during one of the biggest snowstorms of 2026. And I managed to snap my heated visor cable inside the plug. Tried to get it out but no luck. Called North 49 and they said "sure bring it over", even though they are not a Polaris dealership. No waiting, straight into the shop! Ten minutes later and I was ready to go. Recently purchased a 2026 Polaris SP 650 snow machine at North 49. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that will go out of their way to help you. Any issues with your sled while on the trail around Kapuskasing, gf o and stop by. I’m sure they will do everything in their power to help you. Happy sledding!
Brought my truck for a muffler delete, got a call 4 hours later saying they didn’t have the muffler in stock even though I told them the exact make and model of the truck. They could have looked into it beforehand, I had to call back numerous times and wait over 3 hours to get back in contact with them to come pick up my truck that had nothing done to it. No one answers the phone, complete waste of time!
