Josh and Lindsay at the West location provide top notch physical therapy services. I had been looking for a PT who specializes in cranial and neck work for migraine for many years. Josh's expertise in this area (which is for injuries as well) has much improved the frequency and severity of my migraines. Lindsay supported this effort by creating an exercise program that has improved my strength and mobility. Both Josh and Lindsay are wonderful to work with as they are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and excellent problem solvers.
Josh, Chris, and the team at North40 are the best in the valley. Hands on approach, with a direct focus towards helping each and every individual with their respective case. The time is taken in getting to know each individual, analyzing the problem, and developing a course of action that best suits one's needs to generate a positive rewarding outcome. Couldn't recommended them enough!!!
