Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As a water service technician there is no one else I take my water samples to. Results have always been accurate and prompt, and on more than one occasion they've either stayed late to receive a water sample or have come in on the weekend to complete a time-sensitive water analysis. Very professional and oriented toward customer service.
They were contracted to test my well water for closing when I purchased my home. After moving into the house and living in it for 4 months, my entire family became sick with the same issues(including the dog). I had to have the water retested because that is what was causing the issues. Worst part is that it is our issues should have been found by the test facility.
