Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As a water service technician there is no one else I take my water samples to. Results have always been accurate and prompt, and on more than one occasion they've either stayed late to receive a water sample or have come in on the weekend to complete a time-sensitive water analysis. Very professional and oriented toward customer service.
They were contracted to test my well water for closing when I purchased my home. After moving into the house and living in it for 4 months, my entire family became sick with the same issues(including the dog). I had to have the water retested because that is what was causing the issues. Worst part is that it is our issues should have been found by the test facility. When I contacted this poor excuse of a test facility I was given the most lame reason why. Apparently they only test well water the same as city water because th... read more
