The staff is always friendly and efficient. The wait time is usually short and I never feel that I am being rushed. I usually see Nicole Walker and she is great. I know if Nicole is not available any of the physicians there have given me or any of my family similar care.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr Sarna at Norterra Family medicine. She is so very knowledgeable, listens to our concerns, communicates extremely well with both of us and is very personable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. When asking a question or a prescription refill on the portal, Dr Sarna or the staff responds very quickly. We love this office!
