If I could give this place one star, I would. Destiny is so rude. You can tell you are bothering her with questions. Very dry on the phone and just plain rude.
I have been living at Norterra Canyon for three Years as of lately, there has been a whole bunch of highschoolers gathering around the pool area fighting and the police had to be called multiple times to break up the fighting last night September 5, 2025 highschoolers gathered around the pool once again drinking arguing around 1:00 AM, three shots were fired. 2 star community for a reason. I called in today 8/15 around 1pm the lady who answered the phone hung up on me after asking for a market survey I thought it was a mistake so I called back. She caught an attitude because I called back after thinking we were disconnected only for her to hang up in my face once again. I call monthly for the survey and always get someone nice but this was flat out unprofessional and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AFTER TODAYS EXPERIENCE.

Destiny is the most rudest person ever. I called for information and she acts like its a bother to call there. She seems so annoyed and irritated. Very short with her words. I was not even finish asking questions and she said "have a good day and hung up on me" Destiny you need a new job that makes you happy.
