1 Star Very disappointing experience with Norterra Canyon Apartments and their management. Communication has been extremely poor, and getting a response regarding my disputed account balance has been frustrating. I also had a very unprofessional experience with one of the employees, Denise. She was rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and gave me an attitude when I was simply trying to explain my concerns. I moved here in 2017, and upon moving in I initially had a great experience. It wasn’t until a 3 years of living here when the property switched ownership. Esmeralda came in and things started to change. No matter what these reviews are saying, she was indeed not a helpful person, always walked around upset and overall catered ONLY to the front buildings oppose to the back. Reviewers want to state how great Daisy’s customer service is, but this community has ROACHES !! (See pictures below) This by far was the worst community I have ever lived in. It was severely infested with roaches! I never unpacked; everything stayed in boxes due to the poor customer service and maintenance to my unit when moving in (see email below of the list of problems on move-in day & and the Non-response for weeks until I went to the office).
