I moved to Las Vegas from New York in August 2016 and had the pleasure of finding residency in the apartment complex, and at that time the name of the property was under the name Ultris Canyon . In later years new management took over and the name changed to Norterra Canyon apartments. Since August 2016 until the present date I have enjoyed my residence at Norterra Canyon, of which has been great. Been living at this property for almost 3 years just want to thank manager Daisy for been a great manager she has fixed any issues I had think u guys can use more people like her in the office >
I really enjoyed the application process. Daisy was really great and really wonderful to work with really understanding I couldn’t ask for a better application process. These apartments are beautiful. I really enjoy it here and will enjoy it for a while
I moved into Norterra Canyon Apartments in August 2024. I relocated from 500 miles away, and Daisy took so much of the headache out of my moving experience, and made my transition soooo much easier than expected. So far, since I have lived here the last 16 months, whenever something has come up regarding maintenance, questions, etc. with my apartment, she always takes care of it right away.
