I asked my dog not be so anesthetized that he would have trouble walking he dismissed my concerns, I had another dog there six years ago for a spay that couldn’t walk for 24 hours , all staff and Dr.s had changed so I took a chance. My dog could hardly walk and had circles under his eyes!. Ok stitches out the Dr.. doesn’t even talk to me not even to follow up an extra meds to see how he was doing. RecommendedI love that the staff treat my baby like he’s their baby. Not always there for a good reason, but the staff is very calming and knowledgeable so it helps to alleviate the stress.
The curb service went very smoothly. As usual the entire staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated the follow-up on Sugar and thanks to your excellent staff Sugar is doing much better. Thank you all for continuing to be there for our pet families!!!
I bring both my dogs here for vet services and grooming. Wouldn’t dream of going any place else!!!
when you get an estimate for $2000, and remove a $400 part of the surgery, it only changes your bill $150? They attempted to explain it by telling me they now had to charge for certain other parts of the procedure, but the only problem is those other parts were already on my original quote. They literally just doubled the fee on some of the other tests! I have 7 animals, and have brought 3 of them in within the last 3 months, and I will never bring another one of my animals there. Their staff is absolutely amazing. they take care of the four children and their families. They treat everything done in their care with dignity.
The entire staff is truly amazing! An emergency surgery for my furbaby and they made sure I was as comfortable as my baby was! Just awesome!!!
