I happened upon Norteño Western Wear while walking around downtown Salem (visiting from out of state). I'm in the market for boots, so I eagerly stopped in. I was immediately greeted by one of the owners. He was sincerely one of the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people I've ever encountered in any retail location. He showed me several different lines of boots, including one that is their own house brand, which are all handmade in Mexico.
