No Good Nortech charges $95 just to come out to your home. I called and described bars and frozen screen on my TV, which I have since found out is due to signal problems due to a loose connection, not something in the TV at all, and although they could have said go tighten up the cable, they came out, charged me, took the TV, gave me a lousy loaner, and then said it would be $165 plus labor to replace the board.
