I lived at Norte for four years, and it was honestly such a great experience. Juan and Kaitlyn were always super friendly and really helpful whenever I needed anything always going above and beyond. I loved living by the lake and being so close to the airport! I always felt safe walking my dog especially at night. The maintenance team was top-notch, always quick to respond and take care of any issues I had. 5 Stars for the maintenance team. There hasn't been a time where a ticket wasn't resolved within 24 hours. Sometimes it's handled the same day. Can't say enough good things about Jeff and the team.
We are new residents at Norte Town Lake Apartments and love it so far. Their office team of Kody, Kaitlyn and Juan are second to none. There are a lot of nice apartment buildings in the area but none that have such an amazing staff that make the process so great. Thank you!
