Terry was extremely helpful over the long weekend when our evaporative cooling shut down. He was able to trouble shoot with me on the phone and came the next morning on a Sunday to get everything working again.
I called simply to ask questions about my ducted air conditioning and the repair process, as I wasn’t sure of the exact model or what would be involved. Instead of being helpful, the man I spoke to was condescending, sarcastic, and outright rude from the beginning of the call. I was made to feel stupid for asking basic questions, rather than being assisted like a potential customer. He arrived very promptly to fix the issue, was extremely professional and responsible, and waited until everything was 100% confirmed to be resolved before leaving. Truly trustworthy.
All went well and my Daikin airconditioning system works beautifully. Staff were all professional and helpful.
