Purchased a beautiful burgandy ceramic bowl that was unfortunately damaged during transit. I emailed Norsu and Trace immediately organised a replacement. The service was fast, efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. This was by far one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had. I’m so impressed and would happily recommend them to anyone!

I found the Melbourne store incredibly underwhelming and the customer service even more disappointing. The lady working there on the day was rude, cold and completely unwelcoming. I honestly couldn’t wait to leave! What made it even more disappointing was that I had travelled all the way from regional Victoria specifically to visit the store. Unfortunately, it was certainly not worth the trip.

I had such a fabulous experience shopping at Norsu. I needed a new throw and scatter cushions and Mandy helped me decide on the most perfect combination. I bought the Baya throw and the most incredible Norsu blush boucle cushion with white leather piping. It’s a forever piece and nothing like I have ever found elsewhere. I’ll be back for sure.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing. We needed some last minute napkins for our wedding and they were extremely helpful in making sure we got what we needed in time. Great customer service
