I purchased office chairs about five years ago and I was so impressed with not only the great product but also the fantastic customer support. Recently I contacted Boss Office Products to see if I could order new seat cushions for my office chairs because my chairs have a large amount of use and some of the seats were starting to show a little wear. I WFH, and have been sitting in my chair from Norstar for almost 2 years now. It's still plushy and comfortable, and thanks to sturdy upholstering fabric, it looks great. Excellent customer support, too!
