Wonderful Bathroom! Totally remodeling a busy bathroom is going to cause a few inconveniences along the way. Our designer and the working crew did their very best to minimize these. The estimate was competitive with the three we had and they completed the job within the proposed schedule. Full Service Project Great work, very accommodating of my schedule, fair pricing- I feel like I got a very good deal for the quality of the work done. The workers were quiet and considerate and cleaned up after themselves. I wanted to use green products and minimize solvents, and they worked with me on that. They also recycled quite a lot of the packaging and waste material (such as concrete), which is important to me. If you want the cheapest job, you should probably not go to them. Want a tip? RUN! All I wanted was a shell. Make it look done on the outside and my family will finish everything on the inside. I took the highest bid because I wanted piece of mind that it would be done right. Well you name it they did it wrong, billed me for it more than once and that was when they showed up. The first day they broke the water main, the first week they were over budget by $10,000. DOuble the time and grief We asked for a kitchen remodel. The salesman gave is a ballpark of around 80-100K, then when we showed up to review plans, it was 145K. They "cut" their profit (oh sure) and we signed for 123K. And it was supposed to be finished in three months. Demo started Sept 15th amd it is now February 21 - over 5 months and they are still working off the punchlist - and some of our cabinet doors haven't shown up!
