Girlfriend's car was shaking at speed above 40 mph, losing power and her dash lights were going crazy. You 'fixed' it by tightening a loose positive cable her battery. Charged her a lot of money to do it too. Same thing just happened to her today. I think you guys are full of crap and you didn't really check what was wrong. None of her cables are loose.
The service writer took my nieces info and hit her up on snap chat. Yes, she's 18, but barely. The fact they didn't fire him says alot about their integrity.
