Luke the salesman was great. The 2024 equinox had an oil leak. The dealership took care of it and cleaned the car. I asked for a gm certified checklist and the car did not recieve one. There is a park assist service message that I had to bring the car back in for. Had to buy a 2nd key for a 1 year old car.
Logan was very helpful, my truck had an ignition coil go bad, i was 3 hours from home, they got it fixed within hours. Friendly and helpful staff.
I took my car there for an alignment and they aligned the tow end, but my camber was ruined and I had someone else pick up my car who knew little about cars and they chewed up my tires by the time It got home . For $155 alignment I would hope they would Fix my camber or at least tell me that it’s wrong before letting someone drive away and destroy their tires.

The problems of the truck did not develop over time, I already had them because 2 days after buying it I notified the seller of the defects of the truck, since the truck they sold me does not work properly, I feel that I was deceived and the person in charge simply made him laugh (John Sauvageau), I was not looking for a perfect truck, simply a truck that worked properly because they are supposed to be a professional distributor.
