This has to be the best experience I have ever had buying a truck. Chad had the truck sitting by the front door when I arrived for a test drive. The f 150 was clean and very well detailed out. He had all the answers to my questions about the truck. All in it was a great experience.
We were traveling on vacation through MN when our diesel truck developed a serious engine issue. Called every dealer within 100 miles of our location and all we're to busy to help us. Finally got to Scott at Muscatell and he managed to move some things around to get us in right away. Scott and the service team were exceptional. Got us back on the road and saved our vacation. We couldn't be happier with the service and attention we received at Muscatell. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and informative salesperson about my new GMC Terrain. Also got to meet the owner of Muscatell GMC, Ward Muscatell. My husband worked for his dad, Tom Muscatell, years ago. Also received a special gift from my salesperson, Billy.
