Recently, we at the Seattle Chess Club, a local nonprofit, needed to have a large wooden chess set repaired after it was damaged in transit to a buyer in Yakima. We called Norse Woodworking out of the blue and asked if they could help. Kent was very helpful; he understood the situation perfectly, and we negotiated a great deal with him.
