Quality blades, quality craftsmenship.
I purchased a Custom Kitchen knife from Norse Forge about a year ago and have used this as my go-to blade for working all aspects of cooking prep. I have wasted hundreds on well advertised so-called high end knives in the past none of them compare. Unfortunately, the only thing it doesn't do is make me or my girlfriend a better chef.
