I was returning to Florida after riding the tail of the dragon. My rear tier had separated and it was late in the day. I limp my bike into norse cycle and what I found was a motorcycle shop like no other I have seen it was clean and bigger than any dealership. The owner was like a long lost brother and his staff was just as great. I ride a very unique bike that they had never worked on I think that they set a new land speed record fixing it. Wish I could say I got to experience this shops professionalism. When you don't answer a customer it doesnt matter how good or great a mechanic you are. And yes I can do math, but maybe when we called the first time you should've said your a month out. Hang up with making sure conversation is done, and no response after contact attempts. No thanks.
Very busy, very clean and well lit shop. I'll know in a few weeks what kind of work they do
