Brad was very friendly and I'm sure that on older vehicles they do a great job. I brought in a newer vehicle with shifting issues and was told that it's an electronic issue and i should take it to a dealership. When I dropped the vehicle off, I told them all the issues I noticed as well as describing a noise I had heard - a day later, they had test drove it, mentioned a completely different noise which was unrelated to the issue, and stated "I didn't hear it, I wasn't paying attention to it".... Said he would come and tow truck. Called and got updated twice that driver should be on the way, and no one came. Very unprofessional.
Brad is a very experienced and knowledgeable mechanic. I have had small work done there like replacement window and oil changes, and big work like and engine swap. Never any issues with the quality of work, and the pricing is reasonable. That said, the parking is not great and you need to be careful getting back on the road here, and any vehicle left overnight is likely to be visited by rodents. Not that its Norrods' fault; critters are just unavoidable in that area.
