I booked an appointment online ($30 non refundable deposit) for my daughter (who’s a minor) to get a helix piercing at norristown tattoo company. upon our arrival everything seemed alright, but after paperwork and signatures Ryan informed me that I would NOT be allowed to go back into the piercing room with my daughter (WHO’S A MINOR!!!!?!?!).
