Update: After my original review, the dealership reached back out. A different service manager contacted me, took the time to listen to everything that had happened, and handled the situation professionally and respectfully. He acknowledged our concerns and ultimately made things right by resolving the issues we had been dealing with. I had the best experience this past Saturday! Tariq and Steven are the best. Tariq was engaging and very helpful, and Steven did not disappoint. I walked out with exactly what I wanted, including the payment I was hoping for. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
