Tony was very helpful in securing that work done to my husband’s vehicle was done right. Although we were there for a long time, the constant updates from Tony and just his assurance, made it not too bad waiting
Service advisor Tony doesn't communicate, to get answers I had to go up to the dealership repeatedly. It took 5 weeks to get my jeep back from the dealership and that was with me going up and demanding it back as my jeep was held hostage for a week after all repairs were finished. This was due to Tony not communicating that the extended warranty only covers a rental for 5 days and I had my rental 11 days as he didn't tell me I needed to return it.
