I'd spent Saturday going from car yard to car yard looking for a cheap courtesy vehicle for my business, and by the afternoon I'd had enough. Worse experience I’ve had buying a used car. If you’re looking for a used car dealer with decency, integrity, or accountability - keep looking, you won’t find any of that here. Jacky Kang and Jake Bufton were the two guys who couldn’t explain how hail damage occurs without hail, instead they just stare blankly at the ground for about 5 minutes and refer you to fair trading (who have zero authority). They offer a one two guarantee - once they have their money, two bad. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
Jake along with all the other friendly staff was super helpful and easy to talk to which made our experience buying our new car very easy and enjoyable. Thanks again guys
Deceptive Sales Staff – Buyer Beware I had an absolutely appalling experience with this dealership that I can only describe as a blatant 'bait and switch.' I signed a contract and paid for a top of the line Subaru Forester 'S' model, only to discover later that upon arrival and in person inspection they were actually trying to offload a lower-spec (bottom of the line) 'i' model on me.
