Were supposed to "open" our camping trailer for the season, check roof for issues. They gave the trailer back to us, telling us it was all set for our camping season. Told us they had sealed the roof. We tested the hot water, and it wouldn't work. They checked it again got it to ignite and told us that we were wrong that it did work. We tried it again and it still didn't work. We finally took the trailer to Longview RV who told us that 2 valves were in the wrong position from the previous winterizing. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service! I called to get a hitch and wiring done on my vehicle and I was in a big time crunch. I had a terrible experience at another place and I almost gave up. Thank God for Kris and Sarah! Sarah was honest, caring, and knowledgeable; she made several phone calls to get the parts in I needed and made all the arrangements to get my car ready in record time!
