They picked up on Christmas. I had not set my bin out, but they came and got it from the house. Thank you!
Called on a Monday, the lady says they can bring a trash barrel the next day and regular pick ups are on monday. No trash barrel the next day. Wait until Monday. Still no trash barrel. Call Tuesday. No answer. I leave a message. No return call. Call the next day no answer. Im going to Shorts.
Norris was great. They picked up a lot of extra stuff when it was needed. They also went out of their way several times to grab my cans when I had forgotten to take them to the curb. Thanks Norris!
Best service you could ever ask for....there is a reason they can't accept new customers....because they are overbooked for being the best!
