Ordered the garage after the slab went in and it went down hill from there. After waiting for the garage the full 3 months they install it one of the rollup doors with a scratch covered with spray paint to cover it and they didn't have enough ride cap to finish the roof, so the just cut a piece of siding and call it good. Had to wait another 3 months to get a crew to come out to fix there mess and they showed up with nothing to do the job. Excellent customer service.
I paid off one building from this company and never had any problem. I got another building and currently are paying for it. I was looking on getting a small building to put my personal items in. I called and talked to Donald. We were talking about me getting a building. The phone rings and he stays on the phone about 10 minutes.. So I leave. I have been dealing with the public for 40 years. It made me feel like he didn't care.
Donald was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Good products. So good that the factory struggles to keep up with all the orders!
