If I could give them a 0, I would! We have only lived in our house for 15 months and have had them pump our system every time and they have had to come 3 times in that time frame which is absurd. The second time the owner threw himself under the bus ridiculing the person who previously came to pump the system because he said it wasn’t emptied and he was the one that came!!!! So we were charged extra for it being overfull when they obviously didn’t do their job. They just came out again last week and left a bill for $275 sayi... read more

My husband and I recently purchased a new home. 10 days after moving in, we had sewage back-up in our home. Our laundry room was flooded, pouring into the basement. I made a couple of phone calls and was near tears when the price we were told was $10,000!! I tried one more company, Norris Septic and was amazed. I hired Norris earlier this year to connect a line to my new septic system. I paid half up front. After two months, they had not done any work. Instead, they took on additional jobs and pushed my job back. Finally, I requested a refund. But, Norris shorted me over $700 of my refund. I have called several times but they refuse to refund me for the job that they did not do. DO NOT HIRE!

I paid for services that were not completed. Now my calls are being ignored. Avoid this company at all costs!
