Great customer service from Jesse. This is my first time renting a lift for a large mural installation and Jesse’s advice was great. Photo is of wall primed and gridded for installation. Day 1 of our 1 week rental.

Fantastic customer service. My rental arrived late due to certain complications they were having and I wasn’t able to start a job it was needed for until the next day. All the office staff and also the delivery driver that I was in contact with were extremely accommodating and polite, and were able to waive the charge for the extra day that the lift was needed for. Thank you!

Based on many years of doing business with them, I am happy to say that the United store staff in Turnersville, NJ are always knowledgeable about the proper equipment to use for a job. They are always courteous, and genuinely concerned about the success of my projects. Equipment is always ready for pick-up exactly as ordered , and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this firm.

5 star rating is based solely and entirely on my dealings with Todd and his parts department (I personally don't deal with renting of equipment). Always professional and very knowledgeable and most of all helpful.
