I used them once to purchase a parcel of land, Richard did a great job squeezing it in last minute before the end of the year. That is the reason they get an extra star. Decided to use them again for a house purchase, so many issues I don't even know where to begin. It was all handled by assistants and paralegals and there were issues every step of the way. I thought a law firm would be better than a title company, but will have to look elsewhere next time.
