These guys are an absolute joke!! I bought 2 x rams from here for my wife and myself (brand new). My wife has had nothing but issues, and the Sales Manager and the Service Manager said her car was perfectly fine. After involving Repco to conduct an independent inspection they determined that there was a ball joint issues, leaky disc brake, rust throughout the car and the car has never been taken to the beach as we live out bush!! My review is primarily related to give praise and gratitude to the wonderful Natika who took over my financing as the original GWM dealership in Windsor did not handle it well at all. They were a nightmare to deal with for financing and then would not take or return my calls. Natika went out of her way every time to investigate the issue and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. She was a star, an absolute joy to deal with and deserves recognition and acknowledgement for the exemplary customer service she provided.
