Very friendly and helpful staff
My review is primarily related to give praise and gratitude to the wonderful Natika who took over my financing as the original GWM dealership in Windsor did not handle it well at all. They were a nightmare to deal with for financing and then would not take or return my calls. Natika went out of her way every time to investigate the issue and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. She was a star, an absolute joy to deal with and deserves recognition and acknowledgement for the exemplary customer service she provided.
I bought a new Ram from this company and whilst the salesman was nice the company was a disgrace. I asked for a finance quote and they expected me just to take it without a quote. I still did not ever receive a quote. The truck was delivered and was filthy, the interior had not been cleaned I had to tell my kids when I got home to wait for a ride whilst I cleaned the doors, seats, consul, dashboard etc. I then opened the bonnet and the engine bay looked like it had been driven through a muddy creek. I purchased a 2016 Ford Ranger from Norris Ram for $31,000 on June 25th of this year. Unfortunately, since taking delivery of the vehicle, I have encountered a series of ongoing issues. On the drive home from the dealership, a warning light appeared on the dashboard and has remained unresolved despite repeated requests for assistance. It’s a shame I had to give them 1 star. I’d give them 0 if I had that option. As a return customer i want to upgrade my 1500 Ram to a 2500. When I purchased my 1500 ($150,000 vehicle) I was treated like a 18yo trying to drive some sort of sports car, couldn’t take the vehicle overnight or even for the day to make sure the money I’m about to invest is worth it.
