Needs to do better back ground checks on his potential renters, i lnow for a fact on a couple in the past 6 months that are convicted felons and been to prison several times but didnt wrote it on the application so no one bothered doung any lind of background check!!! Thats crazy because if it was me i would want to atleast know if i was living beside a felon and if i was what was it he did because if it was any kind of sex crimes or breaking an entry or anything to harm someone physically i would want to know who was living... read more
By what I have heard and experienced I would like to know how there still landlords! Its crazy
you will see the landlord a total of 1 time, and then he will never answer his phone, so don't even try. they only communicate to you to tell you that they are going to raise the rent and that you have bugs! do not recommend leasing with them.
