Christmas day 2024. My heater is down. Called Matt and he was here shortly after...yes on Christmas day there are still contractors like Matt that will make the effort to help on Christmas day. Made the repair so quickly...what else can I say but stellar service with a laugh and a smile. Thanks Matt!

Matt Norris is an amazing person. Not only is he good at what he does, he goes the 'extra mile' for his clients. He made such a big difference in an emergency situation for me when I was out of town and I cannot praise him enough. My husband said he was our 'champion' when there was bad weather and traffic etc and he still showed up and fixed our huge problem. Cannot express enough gratitude for his work and professionalism and just plain 'human decency!'
Matt is knowledgable and honest. We have used him for many projects over the years, both big and small.
We have been using Matt for a year and a half and love his honesty and timeliness! He came highly recommended by many of our neighbors and another close friend. What a great person to work with he really cares about you and your investment. Matt has come by on a Friday evening to fix our heater. His secretary called me from her vacation to make sure Matt got to our project on time. What more could you ask for? Awesome
